Ground Shipping Rates

For eligible ground shipments, shipping is calculated using the following flat-rate structure:

Free ground shipping applies to eligible orders over $500.00.

Air and International Shipping

Air shipment options, including 1 Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Air, are calculated based on shipment weight, destination, carrier availability, and shipping service selected.

International shipping charges are calculated at the time of shipment. Additional international fees, customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or destination-country fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Order Processing and Handling Time

Most in-stock products are processed within 1 business day.

Special order items may require additional processing time. Lead times for special order products vary by manufacturer and product availability. If your order includes a special order item, shipping timing may be affected by manufacturer lead time.

Order Cutoff Times

Typical cutoff times are:

• Air Orders: 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM
• Ground Orders: 4:30 PM

Orders placed after the cutoff time may be processed the next business day. Cutoff times may vary depending on warehouse availability, carrier pickup schedules, holidays, and order details.

Estimated Transit Times

Transit times depend on the warehouse location, shipping destination, carrier service, and selected shipping method.

For shipments within the continental United States, estimated delivery time is typically 1 to 6 business days.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed carrier service has been selected and confirmed.

Oversized Items

Oversized items may require special handling.

Items that are 96 inches or longer will incur a $249 shipping fee.

This fee applies because oversized products require additional handling, packaging, and carrier coordination.

Special Order and Manufacturer-Direct Items

Some products may ship directly from the manufacturer or may require additional lead time before shipment. Delivery timelines for special order items vary by manufacturer, product type, and availability.

If an item has an extended lead time, our team may contact you with updated shipping information.
